These Terms of Service explain the rules and responsibilities that apply when you use the Follower Monkey website, backend services, and Chrome extension.
Effective date: May 20, 2026These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Follower Monkey, including the website, backend services, and Chrome extension. By installing, accessing, or using Follower Monkey, you agree to these terms.
If you use Follower Monkey on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Follower Monkey provides tools for organizing Instagram source collection, filtering profile data, managing follow and unfollow queues, configuring automation intervals, using optional AI-assisted checks, and managing account-based upgrade flows.
The extension stores operational data locally in your browser profile. The backend supports authentication, registered Instagram account ownership, usage checks, configuration delivery, subscriptions, payments, and selected AI or third-party service requests.
You are responsible for keeping your Google account, Instagram account, browser profile, local device, and any proxy credentials secure.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Follower Monkey complies with the rules, terms, policies, and limits of any third-party platform you access, including Instagram and Google.
You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information when using paid features or account-management workflows.
You may not use Follower Monkey to violate laws, infringe rights, send spam, harass others, evade platform protections, compromise accounts, scrape data unlawfully, or operate the service in a way that harms users, platforms, infrastructure, or third parties.
You may not reverse engineer, bypass access controls, overload the backend, interfere with the service, resell unauthorized access, or attempt to extract API keys, secrets, or non-public service configuration.
Follower Monkey may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused or if continued access creates legal, security, operational, or platform-risk concerns.
Follower Monkey provides controls that can help you organize and pace actions, but it does not guarantee that any third-party platform will permit, accept, or tolerate automated or assisted activity.
You understand that third-party platforms may restrict, challenge, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts based on their own systems and policies. You use automation-related features at your own risk.
You are responsible for choosing safe intervals, reviewing queues, and deciding whether an action should be sent.
Paid features may be offered on a per-account, subscription, or other pricing basis shown in the product or checkout flow.
When you submit a payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor and Follower Monkey to charge the selected amount, including recurring charges when a recurring plan is selected.
Unless a different refund policy is expressly stated in writing, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where Follower Monkey determines that a refund is appropriate.
Follower Monkey may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, databases, payment processing, AI evaluation, gender detection, browser extension distribution, and infrastructure.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Follower Monkey is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use Follower Monkey.
By using the service, you acknowledge that local extension data may remain on your device and that server-side data may be processed to provide authentication, account ownership, usage, payment, configuration, and optional AI-related features.
Follower Monkey may change, add, suspend, or remove features at any time. We may also update limits, pricing, configurations, or supported workflows as the product and third-party platforms change.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific results, follower growth, account performance, or continued compatibility with third-party platforms.
Follower Monkey is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
No information provided by Follower Monkey should be interpreted as legal, compliance, platform-policy, financial, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Follower Monkey and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost accounts, business interruption, platform enforcement, or reputational harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Follower Monkey for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using Follower Monkey at any time. You can remove the extension from Chrome and clear local extension data through browser controls.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that may cause harm or legal exposure.
We may update these Terms of Service as the product changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Your continued use of Follower Monkey after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
